| Editions | Autoptimize · Autoptimize Pro ($) | NitroPack Free plan · NitroPack paid plans ($) |
| Pros | Aggregates and minifies CSS and JavaScript; Lazy-loads images with WebP and AVIF support; Works without changing theme code | Page caching with cache purge on post and product saves; Minification and CSS/JS optimisation from the dashboard; Works with Cloudflare, Fastly, LiteSpeed and Sucuri cache headers |
| Cons | Aggressive script changes can break pages and need testing; Page cache, CDN and critical CSS need the paid Pro version | Optimisation runs on NitroPack servers, so the site depends on the service; Free plan is limited to one site and monthly page views and CDN bandwidth; Higher limits and most advanced features need a paid subscription |
