| Editions | Database Manager - WP Adminer | SVG Support |
| Pros | Full Adminer database tool inside the dashboard; Access limited by WordPress capability; Link in the admin bar and the plugins screen | Sanitises SVG uploads and restricts them by user role; Inline rendering allows CSS and JavaScript styling and animation; Free, with no account or external service needed |
| Cons | Direct database access, so a risk if an admin account is weak; Installs a must-use plugin to load early; Writes an adminer.key file to the temp directory | Inline rendering and styling options need Advanced Mode to be turned on; Sanitisation adds processing time to each SVG upload; Some features need developer knowledge to configure |
