| Editions | Easy Table of Contents · Easy Table of Contents Pro ($) | Yoast SEO: ACF Analysis |
| Pros | Automatic table of contents from page headings; Shortcode placement and exclusion per post; Works with Yoast SEO schema output and page builders such as Divi and Beaver Builder | Free, GPLv3; Adds ACF field text to Yoast post analysis; Covers taxonomy term descriptions too; Small code base with no settings screen |
| Cons | Advanced design and placement options need the Pro edition; Admin shows regular upgrade prompts; Sticky theme design options are locked in the free edition | Needs Yoast SEO and ACF both active; Only feeds text into the score; does not check the fields themselves; Relies on Yoast filters that may change between versions |
