| Editions | WP-Optimize · WP-Optimize Premium ($) | WP Rocket | YouTube Preview Image Resolution |
| Pros | Page, browser and minified-asset caching in the free edition; Database cleanup for revisions, spam, tables and more; Image compression and WebP conversion | Sets the preview image size WP Rocket uses for lazy loaded YouTube videos; Small single-file code with one filter hook |
| Cons | Unused CSS, Google Fonts hosting and Cloudflare purge are paid; Image compression relies on the reSmush.it service; Many scheduled background jobs run on the site | Resolution is hard-coded and needs a file edit to change; Only useful alongside WP Rocket |
