WP Accessibility Helper
10,000+ active installs · Rated 4.7/5 · Updated September 2, 2026
A plugin adding an accessibility toolbar to WordPress sites so visitors can change font size and contrast. It also helps with common issues such as missing image alternative text, titles and aria labels. It suits small sites wanting a simple starting point for accessibility, though it does not make a site fully compliant on its own. A free version is available, and a paid Pro version adds more options.
Pros
- Visitor accessibility panel added to the front end
- Skip links menu and landmark helpers
- Sidebar controls for font size and contrast fixes
Cons
- Does not guarantee full accessibility, per the author
