Speed plugin from Automattic that combines CSS and JavaScript files into fewer requests and caches the combined files on disk. It sends long browser cache headers for the combined files and can minify CSS, which is off by default. It suits sites on a classic theme that load many separate stylesheets and scripts. It does not cache whole pages, so pair it with a page cache for full effect.
