PublishPress Capabilities Pro
PublishPress Capabilities Pro is the commercial edition of the PublishPress Capabilities role editor. It is sold with an annual licence key that unlocks vendor updates and adds bbPress forum role handling and further admin menu and feature controls. It suits sites that need more role control than the free plugin offers. Without a valid licence the plugin receives no updates.
Pros
- Extends the free role editor with additional controls
- Handles bbPress forum roles
- Same role backup and restore workflow as the free plugin
Cons
- Requires a paid licence key to receive updates
- Its extra features are only partly traced here
