Adds a [categories] shortcode that prints a category list inside any post or page. Its attributes are passed straight through to WordPress's wp_list_categories(), so ordering, depth, post counts and other taxonomies such as tags can be set in the shortcode. It suits sites that need a plain inline list without a theme widget. The limit is that output is a bare list with no styling options and no admin settings.
