WPForce Logout signs out all users, or selected users, from the WordPress admin, and shows who is online and each user's last login. It suits site owners who need to lock out compromised accounts or pause logins during maintenance. Its limit is that it only ends sessions; it does not block a password attacker from logging in again. The advanced session controls are sold as the Pro edition.
