WPForms Geolocation
Paid WPForms add-on that records the visitor's location with form entries and can show it in the entry screen. It can look up location from the IP address, and offer address search with Google Places or Mapbox on address fields. It suits forms where the location of the submitter or the address matters, such as store locators or local quotes. It needs a licence, and each lookup service has its own terms and keys.
