Bookly
60,000+ active installs · Rated 4.4/5 · Updated October 13, 2026
An appointment booking plugin that lets customers book services online through a responsive booking form, while the business manages its calendar, services and clients in one place. It suits salons, consultants, studios and other appointment-based businesses. The free version covers the basics but excludes online payments and limits staff and services; a paid Pro add-on and other paid add-ons unlock those.
Pros
- Complete booking form, calendar and customer list in the free plugin
- Gutenberg block, Elementor widget and Divi module for the booking form
- Usage statistics are only sent when the admin turns them on
Cons
- Free version limited to one staff member and five services
- Online payments need Bookly Pro or the paid Bookly Cloud Stripe service
- Many admin screens advertise Pro and Cloud products
