Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7
100,000+ active installs · Rated 4.8/5 · Updated October 21, 2026
Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 adds conditional groups to CF7 forms. Everything inside a group stays hidden until a condition set on the Conditional Fields tab is met. Hidden fields skip validation and are left out of the notification email. It suits contact and quote forms that should show follow-up questions only when they apply. Some extra features are offered in a paid PRO version, which the free admin screens promote.
Pros
- Show or hide field groups based on other field values
- Hidden fields skip validation and are left out of emails
- Configured from the existing CF7 form editor
Cons
- Requires Contact Form 7
- Advanced features sit in the paid PRO version
