Convesio Caching
Convesio Caching is the platform caching plugin from Convesio that controls cache settings and purges the cache from the WordPress admin. It purges the cache when posts change, adds a toolbar purge button, and can purge Cloudflare when Cloudflare is in use. It suits sites hosted on the Convesio platform. Limit: the cache itself runs on the Convesio platform, so the plugin does little without that hosting.
