WooCommerce Blocks
Adds WooCommerce product, filter, cart, checkout and review blocks to the block editor, so product lists and shop pages can be built without shortcodes. This copy is the feature plugin that trials new blocks ahead of WooCommerce core. Suits store owners who build pages in the block editor. Limit: it is a testing ground for blocks, so some may change or be removed before they reach WooCommerce core.
Pros
- Product, filter, cart and checkout blocks for the block editor
- Free and open source, maintained by Automattic and WooCommerce
- Lets you try new blocks before they reach WooCommerce core
Cons
- Feature plugin, so blocks can change or be removed
- Some AI and connection features need a WordPress.com connection
- Overlaps with the blocks bundled in WooCommerce core
