CP Contact Form With PayPal
800+ active installs · Rated 3.8/5 · Updated September 21, 2026
A plugin for building contact, payment and donation forms that send visitors to PayPal after they submit. Submissions are stored in the WordPress database, marked as paid or unpaid, and both sides receive confirmation emails. A visual builder helps customise the forms. It suits small sites selling services, bookings or event places. A free version is available, and commercial versions add more gateways, add-ons and advanced form features.
Pros
- Contact, payment and donation forms in one plugin
- PayPal payments with submissions stored in the database
- Shortcode, block and Elementor widget placement
Cons
- Stripe, Authorize.Net, Mollie and CRM options need the commercial versions
- Deactivation survey sends data to the vendor when submitted
