WPForms Signatures

Visit website

Paid WPForms add-on that adds a signature field to forms. Visitors draw their signature on a canvas or type it, and it is saved as a PNG image with the entry. It suits agreements, consent forms and order forms that need a signed record. It needs WPForms, a licence key for updates, and uses WPForms Pro upload handling for the image.

Pros

  • Draw or type a signature on the form
  • Signature saved as a PNG image with the entry
  • Removes uploaded signature files when entries are deleted

Cons

  • Needs a WPForms licence key
  • Signatures are stored as image files on the server
  • Only covers the signature field, not other form types
