Sandbox Payment Gateway adds two fake WooCommerce payment methods, a sandbox credit card and a sandbox eCheck, so checkout can be tested without coupons or live gateway credentials. It suits developers and QA testers checking checkout flows on a development site. Limit: it has no production guard, so it must be deactivated on any live store that takes orders.
