Sells digital gift cards as WooCommerce products. Each paid order for a gift card creates a unique code of equal value and emails it to the recipient. Customers can apply the code at checkout or keep it in their account, and admins get a gift card list, an activity log and CSV import. Suits stores that sell vouchers or store credit. Limit: it covers digital cards only, with no physical card printing.

Pros

  • Unique code per gift card, emailed to the recipient automatically
  • Codes can be applied at checkout or stored in the customer account
  • Activity log, CSV import and refunds back to a gift card code

Cons

  • Digital gift cards only
  • Requires WooCommerce 8.2 or newer
  • Card data lives in three custom database tables
