Restores the legacy WooCommerce REST API, which WooCommerce 9.0 moved out of core. Existing integrations that call the older wc/v1, wc/v2 and wc/v3 endpoints or the ?wc-api interface keep working. It is idle on WooCommerce 8.9 and older. Suits stores with old integrations that have not moved to the current REST API. Limit: the legacy API does not work with High-Performance Order Storage, and WooCommerce shows a conflict warning when both are on.
