Sells gift cards from a WooCommerce store and tracks their balances. It adds a gift card product type, sends the cards by email with a designable template, provides a balance check shortcode and a REST API, and works with several WooCommerce payment gateways. It suits stores that sell gift cards and want them redeemable at checkout. Its limit is that it is a commercial product that needs a licence key from Pimwick to stay activated.

Pros

  • Gift card product type with balance tracking
  • Designable gift card email
  • Balance check shortcode and REST API

Cons

  • Paid product that needs a Pimwick licence key
  • Updates come through the vendor updater
  • Expressive checkout needs the matching gateway integration
