Visit website

Login and Shop as Customer lets a shop admin switch into a customer account to see the store as that customer, using a button in the admin bar. Each switch is recorded in a Login History list with login and logout times. It suits WooCommerce store teams who support customers and need to reproduce their view. Limit: it needs WooCommerce active and is a paid product sold on WooCommerce.com.

Pros

  • Switch to a customer account from the admin bar
  • Customer search picker in the switch dialog
  • Each switch logged with login and logout times
  • Login History list in the admin

Cons

  • Paid product sold through WooCommerce.com
  • Requires WooCommerce to be active
  • Login History grows as a custom post type
