Adds a WooCommerce admin page that shows one customer's orders, billing and shipping details, subscriptions, connected stores and affiliate figures, with Intercom and Help Scout conversations where those are connected. It is built on REST endpoints under the customer-info namespace. It suits store staff who support customers from one screen. The limits are that it depends on WooCommerce, and the extra panels need the matching third-party plugins or accounts.
