Connects a WooCommerce store to Google Analytics through gtag.js. It sends purchase, add-to-cart, checkout and optional enhanced e-commerce events, plus optional 404 tracking, so reports show store revenue and funnel steps. It can respect the WP Consent API. Suits WooCommerce stores that already use Google Analytics 4. Limit: it only sends the events it hooks into, and the GA4 property has to be set up in Google Analytics separately.

Pros

  • Sends purchase and checkout events to GA4 with no code
  • Optional enhanced e-commerce events and 404 tracking
  • Respects the WP Consent API

Cons

  • Built on classic WooCommerce hooks, which custom checkouts may skip
  • Only the events in its mapping are sent
  • Needs a GA4 property and e-commerce reporting set up in Google Analytics
